Step 1: Occupants report comfort

Instead of installing new temperature and occupancy sensors throughout the building, Klimatica uses the people already there. A quick QR-code scan lets anyone flag how they’re feeling, too hot, too cold, just right – in seconds, from their own phone, no app install required.

Step 2: Klimatica’s comfort model learns your building

Every piece of feedback feeds Klimatica’s proprietary comfort x energy model – decades of academic research on thermal comfort, turned into a live, working system. Rather than treating every zone the same, Klimatica builds a real picture of how each part of your building actually behaves: how it heats up, cools down, and responds to occupancy and weather, hour by hour and season by season.

Step 3: Temperatures changed to make people feel comfortable and to save energy

Klimatica sends optimised setpoints back to your BMS, continuously, an ongoing feedback loop that keeps tuning as your building, your occupants, and the seasons change. Klimatica connects directly to your existing Building Management System via MQTT, no matter the vendor. Open to Schneider Electric, Tridium Niagara, and Trend systems, and is built to integrate as a software layer, not a hardware replacement.
